ONLINE SERVICES
Online services can be conducted on various apps such as whatsapp, FB messenger or Telegram, or other platforms that might be more suitable.
ONLINE YOGA
Online yoga classes are available to you anywhere in the world. You can have a private session, or why not get a small group of you together to enjoy a more social aspect of the practice? Maybe you are looking for regular classes to improve your discipline, or maybe you are just seeking certain knowledge or technique in the form of a workshop to help you reach the next step in your practice? Yoga is all about individual practice, so we can work towards establishing the best routine and series for you. Yoga is basically all about APM: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation. We should be doing at least a little of these practices every single day. As we develop the practice, so do we develop our consciousness and physicality.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Although Yoga is a holistic and complete practice for health and wellbeing that I can recommend to literally anybody, it might not necessarily have the appeal we are looking for in regards to our personal goals. Sometimes it can be beneficial to use the resources we are familiar with to reach toward our aspirations. For example: I don’t really have a ‘yoga-body’, I have a circus/martial-arts/gym-rat form, which was developed beyond what we would consider as just ‘Yoga’, so I can understand the differences and nuances when it comes to training. Humans are not ploughing the fields, hunting prairies or gathering from the forests like our ancestors. Today it is easy to become quite sedentary in our normal lives. Gyms are a consequence of our need or desire to remain strong and fit, regardless of the convenience and availability of abundance in society. In Personal Training we set what are called SMART goals and develop individually-tailored strategies and techniques to attain the set goals. Although exercise is usually a primary tool in PT, awareness in regards to such things as diet, lifestyle and stress-management can be just as important for what we are hoping to achieve.
ONLINE SOUND HEALING
Put your earphones in, or plug into a nice system, and lets get deep with transformative music & sound therapy sessions. I can use specific frequencies to activate the chakras one by one, and create healing vortexes within the human systems that push out stagnation and draw in pranic energy. We can also sit and chant together so that you can maximize the human vessels natural competency as a deep-healing instrument to affect the cymatic structure of ourselves and those around us. The voice is an incredibly powerful tool for self-transformation. Sound is the final response of intention. ‘Mantra’ translates as ‘mind-tool’, and as we progress along the path of yoga-mantra-science and sound healing, we begin to discover just how profound the combination of sound and intention can be.
